Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are packed and shipped from our studio in Ontario via Canada Post, USPS. Once an order has been processed, you will receive your tracking link via email provided. We can not accept any responsibility for late deliveries. Once shipped, the parcel arrival time is out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service.
Studio pickup is available from my ceramic studio in Toronto! Please please a note at check out to arrange a suitable time to collect your pieces.
We are not responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address. At checkout please double check to be sure your address is correct. If the package was stolen please contact Canada post or USPS to file a claim. Unfortunately, your order can not be reshipped. You must put through an entirely new order.
Canada and US Shipping
All shipments within Canada and the US are tracked via Canada Post and USPS.
International Shipping - coming soon
The customer is responsible for covering any duties and charges that may be incurred in the shipping process.
Return & Exchange Policy
Each piece is handmade, colours are hand mixed and no two pieces are truly alike. And because of this we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
In the unfortunate event that an item broke on the way to you please reach out at hello@shophighnoon.com with photos of the product and we will get a replacement to you ASAP.
